This person is eating a LOT of high protein (whey, eggs, egg whites, chicken, probs chicken/low cal sausages), TONS of veggies to keep them full, and high-volume carbs like baked white potatoes and low cal bread.
Remember: protein to keep you satisfied, carbs to keep you energised, fibre to keep you full, fats to keep your energy balanced and foods you crave to be happy. Add, dont restrict!

Half a tsp of Baking powder which is nothing and a shot of espresso which is also negligible. 100g of yogurt can have arpund 60 calories and anothrr 10 g of protein powder leaves us with just over 400 calories depending on the brands and stuff. Theres plenty of bad fitness and diet advice influwncers out there so go target them

@Fat Anthony you can eat anything and lose weight you just need to be in a deficit. If u go through and check the calories he says are very reasonable and accurate depending on brand. Putting “junk food” in a diet can really add to how sustainable it is and that’s what matters for alot of people. Why bother having a diet that’s unsustainable

Sure 1800 is definitely a deficit if he’s bigger than me but that amount of calories is just unhealthy for him

Exactly what I thought. I’m on 140g protein within 1500 cal. And I‘m extremely sensitive to numbers and I think I only undercount.
That burger itself easily gets into the 700cal range. Remember a shake shack plain hamburger (bread and patty no cheeze)is 350-380. That’s just holding a thin patty. This one almost doubled both the bread and meat and sauce and more fillings.

Only the buns and the meat has calories (light ketchup has zero calories). If the meat is 95% lean then it’s not that unrealistic. The burger looks small as hell.

@Shady Sorkin tbh I thought the burger was the easiest part to track. I just use keto buns, 2 patties(2 servings) of lean beef, and 2 slices of cheese for 490 kcals. So if you used different meat and cheese you might actually be able to get lower than his 460 albeit it may not taste as good.
6.6 oz (one five guys patty is 3.3 oz) of 90/10 ground beef is only 328 calories. Rest of the burger can easily fit in the remaining calories if you use lower calorie versions of the items.
The burger looks like turkey not beef. That’s where you guys are getting confused. Turkey is much leaner.

@Joaquin3577That’s good for you but I run 3 mi/day and walk 4 miles for 15k steps per day, plus calisthenics and @ 183cm and 200 lbs I need to stay under 1900 kcal to lose 2 lbs per week. If I ate 2900 kcal I wouldnt lose weight at all, so yes 1600 kcal is perfectly normal for some people
