Everything looks delicious!! Also, i have a question. Which protein shake flavor tastes the best in your opinion?? I really wanna start drinking protein shakes but im not too sure what flavor to try first. Any suggestions??

My biggest problem is self-control. Do you have any tips on how to control yourself? Also, I work around junk food and the colors red and yellow, which trigger hunger, which is why all fast food places are those colors.

I love fairlife. I usually break my fast with it as well. I discovered the 42gram protein ones at Walmart. They’re delicious and hold me for a good amount of time til my next meal.

Whats up I’ve been on my weight loss journey off and on for about 2 years I’ve had my ups and downs and I have fallen off the wagon before…but now I’m back 5 months in and 30+ pounds down…the best advice I can give is that you can eat anything you want but it’s just in moderation and i would suggest counting your calories so you know exactly how much your consuming…I go by a weekly calorie goal that i have to stay under now in that week not every meal is super healthy but i try my best to make sure my meals are clean….now there are days where i say screw it and get a cheesesteak but its ok we are human and one or 2 bad meals wont screw up your results if you stay consistent…you can do it I believe in you I hope thia helps
