Mixed nuts and ground flax seeds are regular parts of my daily routine. Though I don’t include them for the reasons detailed in this video, it’s good to see my intuition on a healthy balance of nutrients has other science based benefits.

About soy products, Asian culture that contains soy usually do it in fermented or watered down forms. Some of the products in the US like some soy milk are extremely concentrated compared to what we normally have.
yeah unfermented soy is much higher in xenoestrogens
In the Netherlands its not allowed to add hormones to cows to produce more milk.

As someone who masturbates more than is probably healthy (2 or 3 times per day), I can tell you that absolutely nothing effects my ability to do so more than constipation. For example, Brazil nuts are supposedly good for sex drive because of their selenium content, but if I eat them while having constipation issues, they’ll have zero effect. So for me, the most important thing is just to focus on digestion and good nutrition. If I were picking the most influential thing from this list, then it’s probably soluble fiber. A good one I discovered this year is the kiwi fruit, for me this little fruit improved bowel movements more than many other things I’ve tried. Thanks to that and their high vitamin C content, I’ve made them a regular part of my diet.
Flax seeds lower testosterone
@Jason Ryan The presence of phytoestrogens does not automatically result in that outcome. Nutrition and science are more nuanced than cause and effect.
Yeah but a lot of soy especially in the US is gmo and all soy is an omega 6 fatty acid which we get way too much of
@Mr. Joshua Thomas I worked in the retail supplement business for yrs and trust me you see the pros and cons plus there are studies that show flax causes test to decline. While flax is a plant source of omegas you may be better with a fish oil source that does not mess with testosterone levels. What you put into your body can affect your body and have well unwelcome effects. While flax is a good source of fiber, a moderate amount is best or possibly better is a different form of fiber that don’t f@#$ with your test levels.
@Jason Ryan Appreciate the feedback. My approach mainly centers around balance and variety, so, at my quarterly checkups and occasional individual elective tests, everything has come back with no major discrepancies. I understand your point about excess amounts, and definitely caution others against consuming food/beverages in isolation. Elimination may be necessary for some with diagnosed issues, or as a reset of sorts, but for many their overall nutritional habits are the key indicator. Again, thanks for your perspective and sharing your experience. It doesn’t fall upon deaf ears. 👊🏾

I’m 45 and my libido has really taken a hit in the past few years but I have found a way to increase it naturally. It has nothing to do with nutrition. I just have to manipulate my weight-lifting schedule. I do not train one big muscle group for a week (chest, quads or glutes) and then hit it hard the following week so that those muscles get so sore it’s painful. I’ve found that my libido intensity goes hand-in-hand with the level of pain. And it never fails.
Yeah…you might wanna research traditional Chinese Medicine and their theory on how ejaculate is part of your life force…you might wanna slow down on the flogging the bishop if you wanna live a long life…

@Bluu_ Ice i don’t have all the answers to life bro…however i do know that people who grew up in the early 1900s to 1950s time frame had a lot cleaner and more nutritious food, and way less chronic stress like we’re inundated with via our cell phones, social media etc., so im sure all that played a big factor in dudes fertility.

I read a report a year ago and it said fermented soy such as miso and natto does not have estrogen effects.
I believe after visiting different parts of Asia where soy and tofu are eaten A LOT as the main food that fermented soy does enhance feminine qualities.

Training legs moderate intensity 2x a week along with the other body parts along with eating whole eggs and steak/butter frequently sent my test naturally to 829. I’m 55. Prior to that it was bad. Libido seriously increased. Not sure why they say there is no correlation. Serious wood every morning as well. Cholesterol normal. No pills

If you over do it inhibiting aromatization, and get get your estrogen to zero, wouldn’t that kill your sex drive also. No estrogen, even for a guy, will make you feel pretty awful.

Zinc is a very powerful alpha reductase inhibitor that prevents the shunting of testosterone to estrogen. Low zinc status is also found in enlarged prostate and simply by increasing zinc intake (50-100mg daily supplementation) reduced prostate size to within normal range. If you take more than 100mg of zinc daily you’ll need to add a copper supplement as well.
I assume you’re referring to Japanese, Koreans, Chinese. Do they have less masculine qualities, because soy based foods like tofu is part of their diets? Be careful with generalizing these foods alone determine traits.
