💪🏿I sat in a a hard chair for a good length while I played video games one day (I don’t play much, not enough time) and gave myself ED. It hurt for weeks. I’ve never had this issue even with as much cycling as I do. 💪🏿
Exactly…
Edit: my comment was to your pre edit comment.
@Swamp Hawk it hurt for a couple weeks and I actually kind of started to get worried.😅 Went and bought seat cushions for all the hard wood chairs after that.
@2nd Street Marvel … good choice … The Purple Mattress company makes seat covers. Very comfortable
I’ve heard smoking can lead to it, besides stubborn bowels and a weak bladder. Glad i take care of myself, AND, have this channel with the 🛎 on
Would love to see your take on alcohol (beer/wine/hard liquor) and its effect on our steroid hormones.
The more yoga I perform, with it’s many poses that contort the mid section and bring circulation to the inguinal area of the body, the more blood flow for Mr Happy 🙂
It helps to be with an attractive, physically fit woman…
Dipping.
Poor metabolic function usually means lower testosterone. You would have to think low testosterone would correlate with it being hard to be hard, but probably isn’t the cause. If the tests aren’t showing this, then you wonder how many of the subjects were heavy smokers, that kept testosterone normal whilst metabolic function decreases
@timshel Leo nah you’d be surprised I pull baddies but I grew up on the internet so my shid broke. This is how I became interested in vitamins and the reason I’m sharing this comment section with you
Great content as always, Mike! Thank you for always providing such informative, cutting edge content. Your videos are always incredibly helpful.
@GSH RDY so is it nicotine in general cuz years ago i smoked, like a fool, but never had a problem. Still I’ve hurt it suffocated the brain and blood and can lead to less pressure. Beats me
Would love to see your take on post covid and ED
Ish
@Joseph Jones , Reduces oxygen to the body and other chemicals cuase problems.
My friend claims the constant use of the word no is the cause of his ED.
I improved my health by stating to do 1m planks daily (at start I could only do 30s) after watching a video about its benefits. I didnt see any improvement to daily health before that. And no push ups or stretching didnt have any effect.
Mike top video, you worry me a little bit cos this has happened to me the last few years but i,m on beta blockers and other medications for anxiety, could that affect erectile problems, my cholestrol is fairly high but i,ve never really worried about that becuase of all the mis information we have had for years, would love your view cos i,ve been told this kind of medication does cause this!!
Hello, I write from Italy. Thanks for these wonderful videos. Besides assessing whether insulin resistance is present, is there a non-pharmacological way to reduce ApoB and raise ApoA1? I play sports, I’ve been eating keto for years, I’m not insulin resistant but the ApoA1/ApoB ratio remains unbalanced.
Two very interesting supplements for the endothelium are endocalyx pro & arterosil hp.
If I went by these numbers it says I’m in danger of CVD. My apoB test came back at 222. I have blood pressure average of 108/75 and I have no erectile dysfunction issues. If I wake at night to urinate I’m rock hard. Maybe this theory indicates trouble for those of us who eat inappropriately and suffer from diabetes or other health issues.
Very nice information my friend.
Would love a follow up video on ways to improve ed or counter through diet and excercise etc…. keep them coming !
Are apo B and LP(a) the same things ? Thanks.
Thanks for this, Mike! Can you please share some foods and/or supplements that can help get the ratio correct?
And what you may or may not know is going on high blood meds is a done deal for your Johnson. According to some of my female friends, many have told me that once their husbands got on the meds, it was OVER.
Is that a thing?makes sense with all the blood clots
@Nikita Webberyeah i got ed very bad after covid + crippling fatigue. Doctors believe it wasnt long covid
Hello Mike! Great content as always.
I would need your opinion on DHEA. I got my test results back, and my DHEA is 19 nmol/l. I am 45y old male.
Is that ok or should I at least consider supplementing it e.g. 50mg/day?
What is stubborn bowls? Constipation?
I’m not a Mike follower, but I wonder if he’ll talk about the increase of precocious puberty especially during COVID and post COVID. If you don’t know what that is, it’s a condition in which boys and girls hit puberty very young, like as young as six years old. Girls with this condition would get their periods as early as second grade (age 7-8). This type of puberty is more common in girls than in boys, with Black/African American girls having a higher risk than girls of other racial and ethnic backgrounds. This isn’t limited to girls though! In fact, the number of boys that have CPP has been increasing even though they’re still greatly outnumbered by the girls. What a way to most likely have a rough childhood!
*CPP= Central precocious puberty
Post-pandemic is simply: the truths including unfortunate health injuries and clots, the acceptance of betrayal, the justice, and payback time!
It takes time. How old are you?
52 going on 21
Yes maybe even 100/day. Also use Maca Root Powder.
What do you think the effect is?
😂😂😂👍👍
And the fix is NO also…Nitric Oxide
Devastating, just like vegan/vegetarian diets…
Simply try it and you will notice too
I’m a guy from Finland – the land of Käärijä – , almost 73 yrs now. Recently I watched a video by Eric Berg, DC, about the benefits of iodine. He claimed that the Japanese have in average some 15 milligrams of iodine per day, mostly from sea food. That’s 100 times the amount recommended here in Finland (150 µg, micrograms). Inspired by that, I took about a fourth of a 130 milligram iodine tablet (for nuclear fallout) late in the evening. The next night I woke up at around 3 am, having the hardest erection I’ve had for quite a long time. — Perhaps that was just plasebo, though… 🥶
Recently had covid. Test level 550. 9 months ago 750. Decreased exercise and weight gain also in the last 9 months
definitely a negative impact.
get shilajit and high quality Ginseng
Yes check from my personal experience . I would go to say if u have narrow veins is the first thing you should notice along higher BP because the blood has to force it way thought the veins .
Not that bad unless you have a lot, regularly
