17g/ 1 tsp + 1 tbsp Baking Powder
5g/ 1 tsp salt
30g/2 tablespoon Sweetener
7g/ 2 tsp Instantaneous Dried Yeast
274g/ 5 Eggs at room temp
380g/400ml/1 + 1/4 cups warm water
50g/ 1/4 cup White Vinegar
5g/ 1 tsp Keto Approved Oil

For my first bread, I will use my 8” cake pan. It will be a guide for making it round.
But I’m wondering if the crust is crispy. I would just love to use my cast-iron Dutch oven like I used to make for pot breads.

Mel!!!! You’ve outdone yourself with this recipe!!!! I just added 1 tsp of gelatin for a more chewy texture but I think this recipe is THE CLOSEST we will ever come to bread without gluten or wheat in it. It reminds me so so much of my beloved sourdough rye bread. Texture, taste, and mouthfeel are just incredible!! What a perfect creation!!!!
