I would have to really think about trying that pasta recipe. My hubby is gluten intolerant, so I would have to cook separate batches of pasta, his and hers.

I was skeptical about the cocoa powder as well, but Holy Cow! The gravy from the beef roast is liquid gold.
It does! I have made lasagna with this recipe twice-both came out excellent. I didn’t even need to boil the noodled first.
Unparalelled, and what’s more, he’s not gonna go put strikes against you and false claims that you are stealing his content. He’s not gonna stoop low like Victoria did. She really cut off her nose doing that. Your videos gave lots of traffic to her channel.

Lol, I love it. This pasta is the best. I actually bought a pasta maker just to make this pasta. I still use Keto Asian Flavor’s noodle recipe, but this is used just as much. Awesome job
@DogHugger ……yes….it was phenomenal….my husband loved it so much and could not believe there was cocoa in it.
I made his pollo a la plancha too and paired it with a Greek salad. …..terrifico!

I make his eggnog recipe as well (minus the booze) and add a bit of DaVinchi eggnog syrup……and it is just like store bought.
It’s so good! My husband actually just bought me a pasta extruder for other shapes because he’s so excited on my behalf. I used it today to make spaghetti and it was amazing again!

He basically already is because I’m the cook in the house so he eats what I eat. A couple of times he’s gotten the keto flu from going into ketosis purely on accident lol. But he doesn’t want to be so he’s got a cabinet in the kitchen just for his carb stash! 😂

Not silly at all; great question! I put them in the freezer fresh, loosely together in a sandwich baggie, and then boiled straight from the freezer to pot/microwave.

I made the noodles today but haven’t cooked them yet. Bringing them to my Dad’s tomorrow so I can boil them and both of us can try them. I bought an attachment for my kitchenaid awhile ago and it worked awesome. Worth every penny. Great video. Love Black Tie Kitchen.

No I haven’t done a blood sugar test using it but yes I will be using it again for recipes and when I do I’ll test and post the results!
