Hi…love ur videos…very science based and practical .. 😊🥰 So, the oziva mix, u have 2 scoops before breakfast and 2 scoops in the smoothie?? How many scoops can we take per day…also can u put up a diet recommendation for pcos/pcod pts .. very confusing information on the net…some say not to have milk and gluten at all…some research articles say unless u have lactose intoleranceor gluten sensitivity, dont skip them…which is reasonable, because skipping milk and gluten can also cause certain nutritional deficiencies…since u do a lot of research before putting up ur posts, I request u to do a diet recommendation for pcos pcod pts, to clear these doubts… Thank u… 😊👍
