Hi! Thank you for putting this information out there. I’m keen to give it a good go. I have the rash literally EVERYWHERE and it burns. Can’t even stand my kids touching me right now. I’m 26 weeks pregnant and can’t fathom doing this for another 3 months.
I hope it helps you. I made several videos on this if you want to try all of the things. I’ve had hundreds of women now reach out to me to tell me that it works so definitely worth a try. Fingers crossed for you!!! 🙂
My rash is spread from the top of my head to my feet. Literally. It sucks so bad to have your face itch too! And I’ve only had it for a week so far. It’s truly torture. To put creams all over my body is impracticle because they only last an hour tops. Really hot showers are the only way I can find relief. I don’t have powerful itches for at least half the day. But they have to be short and I have to moisturize my whole body really well after. That is very difficult and exhausting because I’m 8 months pregnant. The juices are worth a shot, I think.
Hi. Im from the Philippines. I have pupps at my 24 weeks and i am suffering from this rash for almost a month. ☹️ Its severe that it spread all over my body. I hope the lemon, apples, celery and cucumber will help since the black cherry juice is not available here in our country. Thanks for sharing this tips. Will get back and give my feedback if it works to mex
Thank you for sharing this and for making several videos for PUPPP mommas. This is my 2nd pregnancy and 2nd round with PUPPP. Started during my 1st trimester also. And am dreading the rest of my pregnancy. Am doing the lemon water, pine tar soap and will try the baking soda, aloe gel, apples, hibiscus tea and black cherry tea.
Curious to know though, if this routine completely healed the PUPPP or if you continued this routine throughout your pregnancy. ?
Thank you!!
I went pretty hardcore with it for 4 weeks (especially the apples, dates, cherry juice and cutting my fats way back and only at dinner) I do have other videos and blog posts with all the things I did to heal the rash. I hope it clears up quickly for you!
Thank you so much for taking the time to put this information out there! I got Puppps at 28 weeks and was desperate to help myself as I knew (like you) that this was something that was from within and not just topical. I came across your videos and did everything you said. My rash disappeared completely in about one month. I was so grateful for your videos.
So glad it was helpful! Yes I really felt like I HAD to put this stuff out there because there was almost NOTHING helpful out there that I could find!!! Xo so glad you healed up!
Thank you so much for the tips! I’ve started doing the lemon water and black cherry juice and I’ve been seeing results in one day! I wonder if smoothies work as well, or if it is only fresh pressed juices?
@Ally Boothroyd | Sarovara Yoga thanks for your response!
Im actually in my 6th month now and taking black cherry tablets instead of the juice. And im using a feminine wash for my tummy. Haha oddly enough, the combo works! Still have some itching but very minor and the kind that does really bother my sleep or life in general.
I loved the black cherry juice and read all of the amazing benefits it offers. Really the best of the best. However, were you concerned at all about the sugar intake?
Got this last week at 35 weeks. Since yours started in first trimester clearly wasn’t caused by stretch marks. I have it all over my body, but no stretch marks. I have no idea what causes this, but it can’t be the liver since my tests are normal. I Just don’t get it!
I will try these. Really having trouble sleeping for the last 3 months. I am now in my 25weeks and already feel tired.
I’m gonna try these drinks, I got PUPPs at 38 weeks and it was just so bad. I took multiple cold showers and baths a day and it was the only thing that gave me relief from the itchy ness. As well as ice packs. Oatmeal baths don’t make a difference and I’d soak my feet in epson salt cold water. No cream helped me. My doctor gave me a steroid cream and it only made a little bit of a difference on my belly and feet but I was still itchy. During birth I wasn’t very itchy because I took pain medication and did epidural so I was numb. After birth the itch had definitely decreased a lot. The rash started to go away but I’m 2 weeks postpartum and I’m still itchy on my legs and it just seems to change to different places of my legs. I feel like it’s starting to heal but once it stops itching in one spot on my legs it switches to a different spot on my legs. Still not as bad when I was pregnant but I’m just ready for it to be gone! I still put on lotions because my skin is dry from scratching and itching. cold water and cold packs still help but I’m just over it and ready to be recovered 😔
Yep, watching my hives fade day after day until they completely vanished was such a relief, I went with what I pointed out and within the first 10 days or so the urticaria was barely visible! I simply go’ogled the latest updates by Shane Zormander and after 20 days my skin has never been healthier!
Hi! I just have a few questions about your remedies, so excited to try them!
1. I can’t find black cherry juice anywhere, we don’t seem to have that stuff here in Sweden… I did however find “regular” cherry juice, would you say this is better than nothing or should I just skip it? Why does it have to be black cherries?
2. I read that dates are great but I’m not a super big fan of dates, how many are we talking per day?..
3. Is it ok to eat healthy bread like a homemade (flourless) nut and seed bread in the morning? With like avocado?
