These are excellent tips Tanny! There is a void between the two extremes of LVRV and Raw Till 4! Your suggestions for filling the void with large salads topped with steamed vegetables is the perfect middle ground and exactly what I do for my vegan partner when he isn’t into all raw for dinner, like in the colder months. Adding small quantities of fat (like chia, avocado, nuts and seeds) to every meal insures we’ll uptake the fat soluble nutrients too. Both Dr. Michael Greger and Brenda Davis, RD have taught us that no fat means missing out on key fat soluble nutrients!

So, Tanny, ya think I should have some greens? ๐ I’ve taken your advice and my digestion thanks you. A cup of tea at night, when I’m craving something warm/cooked on my raw days is helpful.
I’ve noticed when I eat an avocado that day I don’t crave any chocolate(I’m a huge chocolate lover), but when I eat a tiny bit of chocolate, I must eat it all.
I loved drinking fresh carrot juice in the morning, because I had to go to school and had to get some fast energy in the morning, since I don’t feel like really eating first thing in the morning.
Oh my gosh!!!!! I forgot about that song!!! Awesome!! My kids think I am strange because I know all of the lyrics to the 80’s songs. Hubby and I tell them that MTV came out then and we watched it constantly!!!! Too funny. Can you imagine how much fun we’d have together singing our 80’s songs together!!!! Oh and dancing of course.
I wish I knew what I know what you know, ya know? I’m pretty sure the problems I’m having right now are blood sugar related, and they’re getting pretty distressing. So, I’m frantically watching your blood sugar videos and I’m going to incorporate the tips asap. After a full year raw, I don’t want to drop the ball now (been thinking about adding steamed veggies even though I know that won’t help me). Anyway, going to try these tips and then do a consult if I’m still having problems. Thanks for all you do ๐

Thanks so much. I’ll definitely watch those too. I was experimenting this week without the chia, but it doesnt look like thats the problem. And it does seem my hair and nails do better with it. Imma mess over hear lol.
