Diabetes is a dietary condition that requires a dietary approach to correct it. It is the body’s way of telling us it can no longer tolerate loads of carbs and the glucose produced by these carbs. Reducing carb intake is the best way to deal with high glucose/high insulin levels, which is the real problem in T2D. Proper diet can readily reverse diabetes, NOT MEDICATIONS, LIKE YOU ARE SUGGESTING HERE. Medications are a temporary fix, and still leads to complication like kidney damage and heart disease. Type 1 diabetes is caused by the Islets of Langerhans in the pancreas not working effectively. Insulin is required, depending on blood sugar levels. Hypo or hyper glycaemia govern the amount of Insulin and glucose required. The individual diabetic having measured their blood glucose levels knows how much Insulin or sugar they require. I found your video confusing and therefore misleading. I know you mean well but leave the control to the qualified practitioners, the complications of badly controlled diabetes are too serious to be diagnosed and treated by unqualified individuals on YouTube.
Please understand this is type 2 diabetes not type 1 . Us type 1 diabetics had no choice in the matter!

Reducing saturated fat intake is the best way to lower diabetes risk. Because saturated fat doesn’t allow insulin to enter the cell so glucose spikes high. Carbs are the main source of energy for a long time in humans. Carbs will spike your blood sugar, but not as high when you eat lower saturated fat.
