Thank you Dr. Berg, thanks to you I started doing intermittent fasting and lost 5 kg in 2 months, that’s all I need it. And I got out of that insulin trap you’re talking about. I was eating every two hours and feeling always stressed out about food because I didn’t want to get to the point that I’m hungry and have no food around, that I’ll get angry and light headed.I feel much better now, I never thought I’ll get back to my ideal weight again ❤️

Love your videos. I learn so much from you. My husband recently and suddenly started to fall several times thinking it was his knee. He is type 2 diabetic and recently diagnosed with Bruns-Garland syndrome. It seems there is little one can do for this and his numbers have been up and down but for the most part better than before. Do you know about this disease and can you please share some light on how we might be able to turn this around? He’s now using a walker and lost 45 pounds in 3 months. Doctor does not offer much but pain medication for his legs. We are losing hope as he is getting weaker in the legs. He tries going to physio once a week but with the weather here it’s been brutal with the snow and ice. He’s afraid to go out now. Please share anything you may have as I’m losing hope with this condition. Thank you and God bless.

I have found that if I eat 1/2 avocado about 15 minutes before my first meal of the day, the rest of the day I’m really stabilized; then following keto, no snacks and intermittent fasting becomes easy. If I forget to have 1/2 avocado at the beginning of the day I do sometimes struggle with blood sugar issues even though I’m on keto faithfully. Just in case that’s helpful to anyone who’s had a history of low blood sugar issues and crashing.
AND….I’ve lost 30 lbs. in 2 months, while feeling I’m on a diet I can easily live with for the rest of my life to maintain my weight and improve my health.

I used to get low blood sugar right in the middle of my work day and I felt lightheaded and faint so I would grab a snack on my breaks. Now that I eat a lot of veggies, less protein , good fats and cut out the sugar. I don’t get those sugar lows at all! Eating keto is changing my life! Thanks so much.
Your videos have been so helpful. Thank you! As a hypoglycaemic I usually just ate when my blood sugar felt low, but now I’m actually getting to the point where I feel hunger, rather than low blood sugar, and I can last a lot longer between meals. And this is just from cutting out sugary foods and most processed foods and increasing fat and protein a bit. The next phase is to cut out all the bad carbs.

All vegetables are ok, except for potatoes!! Carrots are fine, but in minimal amounts!! No rice, refined flour products, anything with bread!! More dietary info, go to the Beat Diabetes channel!!!

@Pedro Monteiro Fruit juice? How will that help? Have you checked Dr Berg’s videos on fruits juice? It will only raise blood sugar, there is barely any nutrients in it. It will create real hunger and low blood sugar after some time.

@Raw Wood Gifts hi!! It has helped me greatly. Most of my symptoms are gone. Dr. Berg has truly saves my life. Sugar causes a life threatening drop in blood pressure. I was never aware of the cause as something as basic as an apple could cause it. As long as I stick to keto and use plenty of salt, exercise daily, and avoid heat, my health is phenomenal.

First of all thanks so much for sharing your knowledge. Two weeks ago exactly I started on keto, I had already being doing 20 hours intermitent fasting for about a month. The first 3 days was great, I was feeling super energetic, but after that I started experiencing mind fog, checked my blood glucose and it was 32! ( I am not diabetic or suffer for any healthy problem). That is when I found your channel here. I then started adding more fat to my one meal, the fog mind went way but my blood sugar is still super low. Now with this video I will be adding more potassium (salads) on my meal. Would you advise me to get out of the intermitent fasting until I normalize my blood glucose? Today I had a meal in the morning after checking that last night 1 hour after eating my meal my blood glucose was 22! I am getting a little bit worry about this, even thought that the only feeling my body is giving me is that I am not getting full power energy. I dont feel hungry or craving for foods at all during the day, I do dring bullet coffee with butter and MTC oil. Thanks so much!
