I have severe SIBO. Barely can eat. Finding that I can eat beef liver and deviled eggs today gave me so much hope. I long for heaven. @Jake Gist Ok, I‘m gonna cut this short here. There is no real evidence on plant based protein being better than animal based. Here is a video of layne norton talking about one of the latest studies on the subject. If someone with a phd in a nutritional sciences struggles to find a link between meat and cancer it should make you think that you don‘t. It‘s not always important to be right sometimes you can just learn something.
