Every child should plant a tree, bush, garden or flowers with a parent or teacher.
It will help connect them to nature and the environment and they will learn about natural foods.
Listening as I was driving. As a person who used to have MAJOR microbiome issues and now some of it has come back, this has been great information.๐
The 2nd guy: The digestion order is incorrect. Always eat the food that breaks down fastest otherwise meat which takes about 72 hrs to digest, while fruit followed by veggies are merely hours that will sit in the gut putrefying causing gas and toxic build up. Processed sugar bar none is worse and is super acidic and addictive . Meat is part of humanities evolutionary diet to be used sporadically, but is natural. All fruit is not equal. There are sweet fruits, acid and subacid fruits. One must know how to mix fruit types or eat mono like melons. It is common knowledge never to take calcium supplements.. seriously!!! Green leafy vegetables are full of calcium. FYI: Paul Bragg was not a Dr, but an alternative health advocate.
Everyone says something different about โhow we should eat to be healthyโ often contradicting each other. Of all the health gurus out there the one that makes the most sense to me is Dr. Hyman.
I watched the whole first video with Mark Hyman a few weeks ago and it has changed my life, I tried his elimination diet (not much to eliminate except grains, which I’ve always eaten) and oh boy! It was the grains! Congestion is gone and so are heartburn, bad digestions, bloating, gas, even dry skin! I also sleep better, have balanced energy levels and moods and have seen my mild deppresion go away along with 10lb. What on Earth! Apparently gluten is the devil for me ๐ Thank you Lewis and Dr. Hyman, from the bottom of my heart!

Much gratitude for your work – keep it up! P.s we do acknowledge the inflammation ( …muccus aka cancer cells) in our bodies increase from our wifis, electronics, tablets; cellphones etc! Food, roots, herbs, organic maintains health well…. TRADITIONAL food speaks healthy volumes! We live in a world were we need to be reminded due to over load living in cloud aka online platforms…. In need of a less is more life style. Less over consuming. Plant a veggie garden! Collect spring water…if possible. Protect our rivers, natural farmers!…etc. Providing a healthy structure of inner peace. Increase walks in nature. Less electronics:)) etc. To each their own, positive energy! Living in harmony with Nature…. Pls end chem trails, take a step back to correct the over doing it; moving forward with respecting Mother Nature… Take good care! Cauo. Vivian.

@Shelly Simmonds the congestion and the digestive issues were noticeably better in days, the rest has been adding up slowly – not that slowly considering I’ve been doing it for less than five weeks though, I keep feeling fantastic ๐!
@Marla Taylor Dr. Hyman suggests a 3 week elimination diet taking out dairy, grains, anything with preservatives, soy and a few more things to try and find what’s bothering you, he has another video in this channel from around 8 months ago were he explains it really well
the intro is on point, green leafy organic salads are the highest vibrational food, mix this with intermittent fasting so your body has time to break down the fibers in these salds, prepare to vibe higher
Fruit is highest vibrational food. Fruit heals. Veggies build.
Eating Gorgeous Green leafy Veggies everyday .. Daily Exercise .. It is thanks to shows and credible guests like yours Lewis, and unfortunately the loss of dear ones, that I made the switch to healthy living.
Meat need acidic environment.Sugar and carb need alkaline medium.This is called combination theory.Fruits are sugar digested and absorbed quickly ,should be eaten not withe food or at the end as it ferment and cause bloating.If eaten before meal ,we must give 2 hours rest without foord.Try eating red melon after big meal.IN some religions they eat only one type of food in meal so the body chemistry do not get confused.com.Meat go well with vegetables.He was right eating only fruits in his breakfast because his body is dialled to digest fruits as has Glucose continuous monitor.Each one is unique.

MY WIFES MOTHER LIVED TO 100 AND I THINK IT WAS HER MIND NOT HER DIET THAT WAS WHY SHE ALLWAYS SAID GIVE YOURSELF A TALK SHE NEVER SPOKE BAD ABOUT ANYONE AND SANG ALL THE TIME SHE EAT NORMAL FOOD IT WAS HER MIND.

I eat chicken, Turkey, seafood, eggs, olive oil, avocados and greens occasionally and I feel great, beans, grains, and fruit make sick, sugar is a no no!!!!

I love Darin, he is an amazing person. He has great knowledge that everyone should listen to. However, I was 90% wfpb for years and my health went downhill. Took the supplements and all that jazz. Iโve just this month, regrettably, starting eating animals again, and I feel much better. So something was wrong with my diet that animal products are now providing me. So now Iโm eating a plant rich diet with animal products. I wish nutritionally eating healthy wasnโt so freaking complicated. The only thing I know for sure is that processed foods shouldnโt be consumed by anyone.

@Marla Taylor what do you eat? Many bottled condiments have wheat in them. Do you eat foods in packages at all? Of 95% of the food is fresh meat and nonstarchy veggies and saturated fats (remove seed and nut oils) then youll be able tomorrow it down. Avoid foods with “natural flavours” too. Read all labels.
I noticed benefits within 3 weeks of removing grains. If i eat them now my hands burn and i get itchy to my face, thighs and chest. Its hard to make a fist. It takes 4 days to rid one meals worth of some wheat. Im talking breading on chicken and thats it for an exposure usually fried in omega6 oils. Ive had gluten free carbs and didnt have this effect so was able to compare..
@dana102083 I kept out the grains and I feel so great, this week it’s six months already and I can’t believe I didn’t have a piece of toast or a croissant, that was my addiction! But I feel so much better that it just isn’t worth it ๐

I know what you mean, I cut eating animals twice once for 6 months then for about 2 years . Unfortunately I got bad anemia, that messed up my health even at present. So not everyone can be vegetarian or vegan, we are all different. Yes if I could I wouldnโt eat animals as it is discussing to me after all, but they make my body to function better.
