What do you recommend if you get bv at the beginning of each menstrual cycle? I’ve tried taking probiotics and inserting a boric acid suppository a day or two before the cycle.

Also I was breastfeeding my baby but stopped for 2 days because I’m afraid that it isn’t good to breastfeed while I have this infection. I’ve been using the gel you spoke about but it slips out immediately after inserting and idk if there’s anything left up in there when I’m done. I get it as far up there as possible and go straight to bed after so I’m horizontal and it doesn’t come out, but the gel just slips right out before I even finish squeezing it all in there.. is that normal? Does anyone else have this issue?

Hi for the re phresh pro b probiotic pills, do you stop taking it once the BV is gone after a week or do you have to take it for the full month? Also after its gone can you take it 2x a week or have to keep taking it daily forever?
