Yes it works, the water is warm, yes that’s a lime in the video but lemons are more rich in nutrients. You can also add a splash of Apple Cider Vinegar to help aid in digestion health and weight loss promotion.

To all those getting confused with lime and lemon…
In the video, lemons have been shown and not lime…The video has been shot in India and limes are hardly available here… The lemons of course used here are green but when they are ripen, they tend to get the bright yellow color here… so both the lemons show slight green and slight yellowish color as well…they are Indian lemons and not lime….
In other countries limes are easily available and they are green in color and they taste bitter as well… where as lemons are yellow in color… If living abroad then please use yellow one’s as they are little sweeter and works great for weight loss drinks….do not use green lime if living abroad…use yellow one. For Indians, green or yellow can be used….

I had always heard hot Lemon water helps cut weight but I had never tried, recently I started taking hot lemon water because I had COVID, but after continued use I realised that my belly was dissapearing.
I squeeze a whole lime into a can of sparkling water when i feel hungry and it does the job for me.
Lime juice suppresses hunger for many hours plus it taste great.

I’m trying this for the first time this morning (10:38am), can’t wait to sup it all down and have my fried breakfast after 11am. 😋 This is seriously yummy, lemons are top of my days shopping list, alongside skinny jeans and skinny fit t-shirts.
I have been trying this everyday now for 2 months and have mild results too. However, stubborn fat still remains. My workouts are not regular but getting into a strict workout plan will definitely yeild results.
Please also note that it’s not just about loosing stubborn fat and embark a toned body. It’s also about being fit and energetic throughout the day. I have seen many gym birds reducing themselves to plumbers and welders for 2-3 hrs but are converted to couched potatoes for the remainder of the day. Sleeping, eating and sleeping again. That kind of fitness in uncalled for.
A mild 20-30 min workout at home is good enough.

Day 1: I’m drinking the drink rn and it is a bit sour and gives me goosebumps but I’ll check the after results after I have drank it

Diet: Intermittent fasting (no breakfast just lemon water) Sunday is cheat day though!
Exercise: 10k steps, 50 pushups, 50 squats, and 50 tricep dips daily. No workout on Wednesday and Sunday.

@Muskan Rajpal body usually burns around 1200 calories for a day , reduce u r daily intake to 1500 calories. Try to burn atleast 250 calories in workouts and just do few things like 20 min walk and standing , sitting straight rather than sleeping, in these simple ways u can burn calories
Drinking more water does not work for me. It makes my stomach bloat! Damn this belly fat! It doesn’t want to go away!
