Get Rid OF Yeast Infection NOW!!
When you have Candida Fungus Albicans (Yeast), the surface of the skin feels like a harsh towel. Yeast infection Albicans begins in the tiny intestine. To eliminate it, it is essential to avoid these foods entirely for 2 – 3 months:
– Baker's yeast, like breads and cakes
– Beer
– Cheese
– Mushrooms
– Melons
– A glass of wine
– Vinegar
– Basically no fermented foods

Hi Nerida! Thanks for this! I am currently on my second week of this candida “diet”. My forehead feels like a towel for sure and my jawline. You said it was mainly on your cheeks but does it also occur on your forehead or is this something else?
Yes, usually starts mid check, but mid forehead is small intestine in face mapping too….it will spread eventually effecting the large intestine which is the jaw line. If you have it on the jaw line….you have had it for a few years:)) It usually takes many months, even years in some cases, of having candida before it starts to show on the face:))
Nerida Joy thanks so much! This makes sense as I was on a 3 month course of antibiotics in 2018 actually for my acne! It obviously only helped temporarily
Hi Nerida, thanks for sharing your insights. I’ve been suffering from Candida and Seborrheic dermatitis for more than 20 years, since I was prescribed several cycles of antibiotics to treat my teenage acne. Two years ago I went on a whole-food plant based diet and the situation started to get better day by day. I’ve been now on a strict Candida diet for the past 10 days (no whole-grains and fruit as well) and I’ve never felt better in 20 years. I don’t feel my face itching after meals, nor suffer anymore of those nasty symptoms you just mentioned in your video. I’m still confused about something though: what about sprouts, whole-grains and fruit on a Candida diet? There are mixed opinions about them being allowed or not when on that kind diet. What’s your take on it?
Hi Nerida! I’m wondering if scalp conditions like scalp psoriasis/eczema are a SURE sign that there’s Candida overgrowth in the body? So, is it possible to have those conditions and NOT have Candida overgrowth? Especially when there aren’t any other symptoms accompanying the scalp issues
don’t know about the scalp for sure…. i can just recognize it on the fakery it location and appearance.
Yes that is just a few of the symptoms Candida causes
@Alicia Argumedo I had a talk with my trichologist and he said that isn’t necessarily the case (particularly if you don’t exhibit any other symptoms and you’re overly very healthy)…you can have scalp conditions with or without this Candida.
My goodness, I believe this is the problem with my skin and a few other things. Thank you for this video.
@Nerida Joy my cheeks are red, constantly flaking rough like. No amount of moisturizer works. Always comes back. Could be something else. Maybe a less filled sugary diet like this would help
Thank you so much for posting this!! I wasn’t even necessarily looking these things up on purpose, but after watching your video I realized that all of the symptoms you listed are exactly what I was experiencing. Lately I’ve been feeling tired for pretty much no reason, and I have been having those bumps too, as well as some other issues.
Thanks Narida, great video! 😊. Super interesting about that KP fact too!! Since your video focused on Candida, I assume everything you mentioned would be applicable in treating a malassezia infection on the face which is also a yeast infection – would this be correct? My skin is struggling with this, it’s always so sensitive (I live in North QLD so humid and hot) – I have so much inflammation and my skin is dehydrated, even though I have a basic skincare regime (which causes an inflammatory response everytime and it’s cosmeceutical stuff). What ingredients/products topically do you recommend to help with texture and most importantly hydrate to restore my skin barrier without causing such an inflammatory response? Appreciate your response ❤️ thank you
First, go off the inflammation foods…. I talk and post a lot about this on my instagram and very frequently. I use items like the rejuvi q flavonoid and AHA’s. But you have to work on the inside first to stop the inflammation…. and go on the candida diet (strictly) for 3 months. Then, its much easier to heal:))
Thank YOU!xo
@lalalal696969 try going off the inflammation foods which i show on my instagram. Then, maybe try the rejuvi hydrating mask educateyourskin.com Use it as your daily moisture and just leave it on.
@Nerida Joy thanks Nerida ☺️
@Nerida Joy thank u!!
Hey, I was diagnosed with it 3 weeks ago. I’m currently on a detox and Candida diet now. I’m also doing this under dr supervision. I already feel a huge difference especially energy wise . After I get rid of the Candida will I be able to go back to eating like normal ? I’m a foodie that loves to eat lol. This diet is so restrictive to me.
this was sooooo helpful omg. my skin has been like this for years, i’ve tried everything, even tried the remedies for malassezia folliculitis bc i thought i had it, which it did work for little bit of time but not long term. thank you SO much for this. i’m gonna try this diet and see where it takes me!!
OMG 😱 I’ve had all of these symptoms. I’ve been going back and forth to the doctor getting checked for different things. I’ve been to the ENT doctor trying to figure out what have been causing my ear pain and congestion.🥴 They haven’t been able to find anything🥴🤦🏾♀️ I love to eat all of these things that you said to stay away from🥴🤦🏾♀️ ugh who thought stumbling on this video would give me answers😭😭 Thank You🙏🏾🙏🏾
hi! it’s been tough curving cravings on this diet but i find that eating popcorn really helps with that. i use organic, non-gmo kernels that i pop on my stove with some coconut oil and sea salt. and i’m wondering if eating it is safe for this diet? i’ve heard mixed reviews about popcorn but i’m still not sure!
@En busca de la verdad She tells you in this video, and also listed the foods to avoid in the description.
@Jolandra Haynie any updates? Did the diet help you long term ?
@ASH S yes! The diet worked I just got off the diet the end of March. Since April I have went back to my typical diet with no issues. Right now I’m also going to change my diet up now for good with better eating and better choices to avoid it in the future.
excellent:))
Sounds so logical to me, i have had candida in past and treated it with antibiotics, it again came back now and i got eczema on my cheeks exact on the same area where you described the link with small intestine. And also i got itchy down there whenever i consume extra sugars. Thanks for such an informative video.
Hi Fabrizio, I’m also a long time sufferer of candida (thx to the docs who prescribed birth control pills) and my symptoms are so severe that I’m merely existing under a rock. I’ve also followed a vert strict diet but to no avail. Any chance we can get in touch so i can get a better idea about your diet. or can you provide some more details on the candida diet that has helped you. thx you!
I love that you talk about This diet and health aspect of skin care. My goal is to heal my body so I stop having skin issues so I only have to use the most basic skin care
I had to take antibiotics for a long time for my medical issues and all of a sudden my skin got these lil bumps. I had no idea what’s happening with my skin. After watching this video t got to know what’s the problem of my skin and how to treat it. Thanks a lot for this video ❤️
@Nerida Joy hi I was told by my doctor there is no test for candida
Popcorn is sugar. Perhaps try a fat based snack like pork rinds , no carbs, protein and fat. The fat will keep you satiated and the protein will help regulate your blood glucose.
Cut out all grains for best results.
Good luck!
@DeJa CaVu i am agreed! Albicans not only affects small intestine but the whole body including thyroid ( hypothyroidism, hashimatos).
@Malkah Magnum –
Oh ok I misunderstood lol
You’re gonna have to do a bit more than that to stop it completely. I had candida pretty bad 3 times so maybe I can make a few suggestions.
I started with a week long mostly dry fast. Drank ozonated distilled water with trace minerals, fulvic acid, and organic apple cider vinegar during the fast.
Then I continued with a candida diet. Mostly clean grass-fed meats, lentil beans, and blueberries.
For supplements I took oil of oregano, caprylic acid, colloidal silver, probiotics, digestive AND systemic enzymes, s boulardi, l glutamine, graviola, MSM, all vitamins but especially d3, b complex, biotin, vitamin b17(research this one b4 consuming), baking soda, food grade peroxide (5 drops in distilled water), a pinch of borax, haven’t tried turpentine or MMS yet but I heard it’s good,
And exercise. Lots of cardio to induce sweating for detoxing. It worked out wonderfully. Lost a lot of weight and feel awesome!
Did this for about 3 months. The first time I did it was for 6 months because I had candida really bad. It’s hard at first and requires a lot of discipline.
Good luck
@Peace Ninja oh that’s so kind of you to share your treatment regime with me. I appreciate your efforts. That would be a great help for me. Would you mind telling me what time i should take all those supplements you have mentioned? Like during fast or after meal?

@Stefankalcoff Kalcof there are a few tests but conventional allopaths don’t recognise these tests yet. You need to see a functional medicine practitioner. They’ll guide you. Comes with quite a huge cost but then the symptoms are horrible really and allopathy has no solution or cure for it. And it’s also not something that would go on it’s own. Only gets worse.
I’m doing popcorn too. Did pork rinds but crunched too many. Didn’t know was high in sodium. Feel same way. Not much left to eat on vegan diet for protein. Eating pistachos walnuts & pumpkin seeds with my popcorn to balance. Also rice mixed with lentils & split peas helps. Love this cooked adding coconut milk sea salt & pepper with garlic powder. Delish!
I’ve struggled with this for 7 years. Spent a lot of money getting OTC medication and doctor visits. Same issues kept returning though all of my test came back “fine”. I started researching for myself and was suspecting a link to candida. The more I study, the more it’s confirmed.
I’m grateful and excited to heal myself. It’s been a long time coming
What candida diet?
How did you heal yourself?
Interesting about “no melons”. I had it in mind that melons are relatively low in sugar. What exactly is the difference between melons compared with apples or other fruits? Thank you!
Good for you. That is the best way:))
Yes!! glad it was helpful; xo
They grow mold quickly especially cantaloupe and honeydew 🙂
Yes! that is wonderful. ox
Yes! thank you. It helps when you understand the cycle of it all:)ox
You’re a God send! A year ago I committed to getting healthy. Stopped smoking, lost 65lbs so far, high BP gone, and all prescription (petroleum) drugs are gone. I’ve had a lot of these symptoms especially lethargy, white tongue, skin bumps, and weird sinus congestion. In getting healthy, I’ve taken about half of your steps, now it seems that lethargy and tongue have gotten worse? Starting immediately everything else is gone. My question is, did I make it worse when I only cut out the beer, bread, and sugar???
Yup. This makes sense because I am not a beer drinker but consumed 2 bottles recently AND consumed mushrooms and a few other things I do not engage normally. When I revisited the time the discharge and compromised feel of my cheeks began, everything makes sense now. Thank you for posting this vid.👍🙏🏽❤️
@Stefankalcoff Kalcof same here in Romania… No tests..
Did you cure it? Is your ear pain better? Any tips ? Hope it’s better for you now. I see your comment is from a year ago. Any tips having gone through this?
Hi Nerida it’s a pleasure to hear you gave a great form of transmitting your thoughts thanks for uploading this video ❤️
@Jolandra Haynie what were you eating?
Very good! What you say makes perfect sense and I’m gonna try it! When you did the washcloth rub you were exactly right! Right there on the cheek bone mostly and everything else is exactly what I have! Thank you I will let you know how it works for me ins few months!
Thank you Dr. Nerida for this scarce and highly informative video. Do I stay away from milk too as I treat the acne on my face topically?
What about watermelons, too high in sugar?
Did u find a cure???
@Nerida Joy try Hypochlorhydria / Achlorhydria… there is a reason why SALT, & acid stops yeast… and why it runs rampant when one is with out HCL where it is supposed to be: stomach, and first two parts of small intestine.
