Día 1: Hice un buen entrenamiento hoy, solo hice 2 entrenamientos, pero para el primer día está bien y buena suerte a todos 🖤
Día 2: Lo hice bien, hice 3 series para un mejor desempeño.
Tip: lo único que necesitas es tu propia voluntad y metabolismo para lograrlo y mucha suerte a todos🖤
Dia 3: Hice 3 entrenamientos el segundo no se porque me costo más pero hay que tener fé. buena suerte a todos🖤
Growing up ive always struggled with my big thighs and with summer vacation coming up i would do anything to get rid of them, but i always end up giving up BUT I AM HEAVILY MOTIVATED TO DO THIS AND I WILL DO IT 3 TIMES A DAY!!
Day 1:✅ i did it three times today but i did eat quite unhealthy
Day 2:✅ i did it three times today to, my legs were a little sore though
Day 3: ✅ i did 2 times today becuase i didnt have time but im not sore anymore and the workout is easier to do
Day 4: ✅ i did it three times today and even though ive not been dieting AT ALL i can already see my thigh gap getting bigger
Day 5: ✅ i had really bad cramps and only did it once today…
Day 6: ✅ i did it 3 times again today and starting tommorow i am also gonna start dieting
Day 7:✅i had somme things to do and only did once today..
Day 8:✅ i did three times today and
I notice my pants are loser and my thigh gap is expending
Guys ima quit..

Я буду делать эти упражнения 2 недели,если захочу буду и 3 недели.
1.ВЫПОЛНЕНО.Ноги чутка болят,и низ живота.Но не настолько чтоб не сделать завтра эти упражнения, на самом деле это легко просто я не привыкла к такому.^^”
2.ВЫПОЛНЕНО.Пришлось под вечер сделать,свет выключили и инета не было разумеется,тренировка была лёгкая.Изменений нет.Посмотрим что будет на 3 день.Сделала кстати 3 подхода.
3. Я не сделала,т.к.была сильно занята.
4.ВЫПОЛНЕНО.Ноги не болят,тренировка была лёгкая,продолжаю делать.Результатов нет.

Hi I’m not forcing you or anything but in my opinion just to stay like this you should do 6 sets a week and one set a day with a day to rest.
That way you won’t have to worry of gaining leg fat again
But if you don’t want to it’s absolutely fine it’s just good if u get used to it!

day 1- it was fun and quick and wasnt too hard on my body
day 2- hurt a little, it was fun and i liked it
day 3- foot aches kinda, fun

growing up i was always fat and chubby i tried to make myself feel better about being chubby and stuff but nothing worked so here i am this is my first day
day 1 ✅ i did it three times as the video said and honestly i can see the difference right now it was quite painful as i finished the 3rd one but the first time it was easy and so was the 2nd

Thank you for making this workout! 💗 I did the workout for a week and the results where amazing! I lost 1 kg in a week and i mostly did only 1 set everyday. I will definitely continue doing this workout!
Day 1: I have a busy schedule at morning so I started doing this today night and i guarantee i sweated alot more than i usually do even with the Aircon on
Day 2: i did it thrice and my legs became wobbly
I’m doing this while following my diet so I see some results quickly

today is my second day doing it and i woke up to my legs hurting so baad😭

I’ve been been doing this for about a week now and all I got to say is that it works I can see changes on my thighs and stomach! The second week went great I see great results, but I will do this for another 1-2 weeks

I am a 12 year old with problems of being overweight, and since school is out, I decided to focus on myself and do everything I can to get in shape. I will definitely do this 3 times a day.
Day 1: Did it 3 times! Some of the exercises really burned, but I feel like I got used to it on the 3rd time!
Day 2: I think I did it 3 times but I lost track and I could’ve only done it 2 times- ANYWAYS today my legs were super sore but I still pushed through. I drank water before I did it, and I honestly feel refreshed, but my choice of clothing made me sweaty, so I think I should start wearing shorts and a short sleeved shirt to do these-
Day 3: I did it 2 times. Why? I got lazy 🧍♂️
Day 4: Did it 3 times! I realized I should probaby start doing these 3 times a day like my life depends on it, because SUMMER BREAK IS ALMOST OVER and it scares me to death thinking about it because this is supposed to be my glow up summer but I only have….what? 35 days to glow up? And I’m still the body type I started with…I think? I haven’t checked. Well….yeah. I will keep updating ofc, bye bye!
Day 5: Did it 3 times! I think I will start doing it 3 times everyday now, no matter what else I’m doing
Day 6: Did it 3 times! I did it 3 times for 3 days now, which is a big accomplishment for me because I get lazy ALOT
Day 7: Did it 3 times AGAIN! When I woke up, my stomach was way flatter from before, but I did this other exercise for your stomach only, but I only did that one once. I think that one helped too, and I did them at like 9-10 pm. It is WAY easier to do these now, but I still get some burn from some of the exercises.
Day 8: DID IT 3 TIMES.
I stopped doing it because my grandma got cancer and then she sadly got weeker each day after that, resulting in her death, so I had to attend her funeral. I am sorry for not updating, it’s been tough.

@four eyes I didn’t count my calories but i tried to eat healthy most of the time. The food i ate the most was salad, vegetables, eggs and chicken.

@Moonshroom30 So have I, and let me tell you, if you really have the desire to change, you CAN do it! Try to drink lots of water, and if you want to do this exercise, drink water right before and right after. It WILL help! I’ve only done this for 1 day and my stomach is shrinking down already! 🙂

First day 1:it was good it felt good and the end and it just felt good for me 🙂
2 day:it felt good I notice some progress 🙂
3 day:I felt great I had noticed my stomach was flatter and that my legs were getting more slim 🙂
4 day:felt great felt the burn 🔥:)
5 day:it felt good I saw some progress I notice my legs were more slim even I noticed
Day 6: I had notice that in between my legs where not close and that they where getting more slim and I was happy with that only one more day to go then I finished a week 🔥🥹
Day:7 I saw progress I lost 3% of some of my fat on my things ^^
Day:8:I had notice some of my belly fat was get more slimmer especially my hips to
@Prerana I could see some changes but i did take a break from eating healthy and doing the workout so the weight i lost came back. I think the workout is worth doing if you do it for a long period of time. If the workout becomes boring or easyer then i recoment following another workout or increasing sets. Do what feels right for you. 🙂

I do six sets everyday and feeling so motivated! I already have my desired results but I like to stay consistent so I do it everyday. You might think this is a lot of sets in one sitting but i’m already super athletic and these are the perfect wind-down exercises for your inner thighs. Keep going everyone!
