I just wanna thank u a ton! I had gained almost 30 kg from 2019 to 2021, Last month decided to change my diet after checking my weight( 105 kg), decided to try this meal plan and I’m happy to have lost 9.8 kg in a span of 1 and half month( now weighing 95.2). I added a routine of early morning walk for minimum 1 hour.
This plan actually works wonders. Best advice I can give is stop eating rice, white bread, sweets and dairy products. include more vegetables in diet.
