Thank you so much for your walking workouts. I’m 72 started after months ago. I use your workouts along with WW. I have gone from 213 in Feb 2020 and am down to 183 in August, in spite of the corona virus! Continuing with you and ww to my goal weight of 160 lbs and beyond.
I’m not even 50 but this is a great work out its very motivating. i started feeling amazing at only 6 mins into the video

Excellent workout. I hope to see more 30 minute ones from this trainer. I workout every day and have done for years, but reaching 80 plus I was needing a new trainer. Being at home during this pandemic gets very old after 10 months. This was fun.

@fabulous50s I’ve been following your workout videos. This one is my favorite for some reason. So far, in 36 days with modification of my nutrition plan (low carb, more proteins and healthy fats) I’ve managed to take off 12 lbs! Your workout videos are the only ones that motivate me when I just don’t feel like moving my body so I’m in debt to you for your wonderful approach to fitness. This one is getting much easier to do! My friend introduced me to your exercises, I have MS & had a stroke resulting in left sided weakness. Your exercises have improved my balance, I have to hold on to my Walker I’ve no coordination, struggle to move both arms & both legs at the same time, but that’s ok as I can adapt it to what I can do & who knows one day I may be able to do it properly? I am improving so thankyou.
