In this video, Dr. Berg talks about how using intermittent fasting spikes growth hormone (GH). Growth hormone is an anti-aging hormone as well as the main fat-burning hormone. GH is made by the pituitary gland, but then it will work through the liver. It is anabolic, which means it builds tissue, which helps build muscle density.

I am doing Intermittent Fasting 22:2 and eat once a day with exercise (45mins running) , weights etc.I eat home made food with carbs also. I cant skip all together as i still want some bread, rice.I avoid all sugar items. My question is any relaxation in food?

I have been doing intermittent fasting for last 4 months .now I am lean and my height is also increase from 5″7feet to 6″1 at age 20- 21.with 1.5 month of exercise between IF .it is like a magic.
