15 years ago I didnt have alot of this information,however I used to always skip breakfast and hike 160 minutes 5 days or more a week.I was vegan and did proper food combining.I was in the best shape of my life.I feel off the wagon and want to return, this time Im going to follow your plan. I have only one ? do you get horrible halitosis?I did when i was my healthiest self,thats one reason i gave into the carbs.Any advise would be very appreciated.Thank you
