Hello, thank you,you taught to do the boat pose so easily, earlier I couldn’t raise from the floor to the posture,but from sitting position it’s easier, especially with abdomen fat, thank you,to begin with I am able to hold the posture for 5 counts,

I am in love with you Vandana Ma’am. Your guidance is so easy to follow with exact right amount of information. I just make a request here to the channel, to make a beginners to advanced level yogasana for weight loss and toning. there are also many videos here but not assembled. Also apart from making 7 to 10.minutes video of many postures if it is possible to do a guided lesson of 30 to 45 mins the proper warm up, asanas, stretching, that would be very helping.

Since you are very detail oriented, can you clarify what time of day and when is not a good time to do Yoga. I understand I should be doing it at around the same time everyday for best results, but I cannot stick to that schedule but still do not want to skip it. TIA.💐💐
