The one important thing is hormones that is produced in our body, testosterone, estranged,progesterone etc. Once these deplete, even the best diet and exercise can help to a certain extent only. Wear and tear of joints due to constant usage such as leg joints can prevent one from doing beneficial exercises thus causing more health problems and the cycle goes on. However it’s important to keep trying, never give up.

Broccoli can not be “Notorious anti-aging food”. Notorious is used for negative not positive.
Also, when mentioning Vit.k – one has to specify it, because K1 and k2 are totally different vitamins. There is no Vit K.

My aunt is past 80 she exercised swim all her life part of her career as well.. . is vegetarian loves papaya . Her skin is like that of a 30 y old.. Also Asian people seem to age better than westerners. Diet is the magic pill…
But exercise like jogging and plenty of water is also important. 🙏

You missed out flax seeds. Its perfect for the heart. Also a super fruit found in tropical countries, GUYABANO or sourfruit. Also the leaves of guyabano can be boiled and drank. Its anti-inflammatory.

Raw cocoa powder is far more superior to olive oil, green tea, and red pepper.
Or have a Convection Oven. Same thing as an air fryer with less gadgets in the house to store.

Great info. Thanks. It’s important to consume extra virgin olive oil that has not been adulterated. 70% of extra virgin olive oil at the grocery store is actually fake. EVOO is expensive so they mix it with low-quality, processed/refined unhealthy vegetable oils… Just my 2 cents.

This is an excellent list I love these foods I’m trying really hard to eat my salmon without rice telling Hispanics and Chinese people not to eat rice feels like telling them not to breath its like an addiction I cut down on rice drastically but I think about it
@Cristina Gusatu I think green sometimes doesn’t sit well on empty stomach or you might have to drink a blend I worked with oriental people for a long time none of gained any weight they drank lots of tea water a clear broth steam fish lots of veggies with very little rice the guys asked me you only like American men ? I had to tell them the truth that I like big guys with muscles it was impossible for them to gain or muscles they worked all they and they ate really really healthy and went home to bed no time for work outs

That is so true but i rather not consume any oils at all they are bad for your arteries and heart.
I agree with you oil free cooking is the healthier way to go.
