Just to give you an update. I’ve accidentally swallowed the spoon.
True it is, because I am doing the same since my very young age. Around 30 years of age. And it really helped a lot. 🙂

I saw results in a matter of hours, instead of using a spoon I used a wrench from my tool box, it weighs much heavier, now my jawline is chiseled, I saved about 8,000, no plastic surgery for me.
