I’ve failed this diet so many times but THIS time I was determined and I’m on day 10!! It’s possible to get to the finish line! I seasoned my eggs so I didn’t get sick of them, didn’t weigh myself bc I didn’t want to focus on numbers but how I felt and looked. I even worked out for 30 mins a few days and spread out my meals, I feel amazing and going to keep going til day 30! 💖 you got this

Hi guys. For my update, i’ve lost 3.5 kg after 5 days of this egg diet. And now, i decided to switch my diet plan to intermittent fasting + counting calories on my meals. Since i’m an asian, i removed the rice on my meals and it helps too. Thanks for the love guys. Keep motivated!

A small tip for people who are about to start this … First of all don’t keep checking your weight on a daily basis you are sure to get demotivated if you haven’t lost .It works differently for every body type. This is for sure effective only if it’s followed very strictly. You will regain your weight daily if you are cheating your diet with something small or big. So don’t think like it’s just one dosa . And something very important is to know your body heat level . People with high body heat will face increase in heat while taking these much of eggs so make sure you take some natural coolant like for example Fenugreek water or else you will end up with stomach pain . Kindly don’t replace Apple with Banana in oats . Its also a fruit and tasty but spoils the purpose. Just follow the diet blindly and keep checking your weight every 10th day . If you end up with stomach pain daily night then this diet is not for you . May be you are intolerant to something in this diet so Show some kindness to your body and look for any other fab diet of hers.
I lost 11 kg in 13 days then started experiencing changes in body like rashes, extreme body heat, stomach pain with no bowel issues . Paused the diet for two days and I was automatically fine . So I decided to stop and follow any of her other diets and happy with the results.

I’m tired of all the eggs but will continue with most parts of the diet with minor modifications. The key is to maintain a low carb/low sugar eating habit. My pants are looser and my skin has cleared up.
This does does work!! I’m on day 4 and have lost 4.1kg!!! Wow!! I was sceptical starting it but I’m glad I started. I’ll be doing a full 10 days. Looking forward to the results!

Gotta say , I’m an athlete and I’ve used this diet to condition and prepare myself for tournaments, i started 1-11-2020 and my weight was 108kgs , after restricting my diet to only eggs and apples and green tea with oatmeal for a week , i managed to lose 9 kgs and it feels amazing , my body is more structured, you feel great cuz you could see the difference in your body and you could tell that you’ve lose weight.
But lemme tell you one thing , in order for this diet to be extremely effective you gotta have the power of will to keep going cuz there will be a point of your day where you gonna consider to break your diet and eat unhealthy, just remember why you started and drink water to suppress the hunger , you could eat snacks between the meals like cucumbers. Honestly thank you vicky for this amazing diet , it makes me feel great spiritually and physically.
And think about it from my point of view , you gonna feel amazing when you cook these meals by yourself as you’re putting in the effort to make them rather than ordering food from outside just to enjoy it for few mins and then regret it before you go to sleep 😂
I’m on day 4 of this wonderful diet. My starting weight was 81kg and on yesterday (day 3) I weighed 78 kg. So I’ve Already lost 3kg so far. I walk 30min a day and feel great. Other positive comments also inspire to keep going❤️

@ashwini priya keep it going and trust the process , for me personally I don’t track the time i spend when it comes to working out because I’m an athlete and i play basketball, i play approximately 3 hours a day 5 times a week , but usually a 30 mins jog would be perfect
@ashwini priya it also depends on your insulin resistance. Focus on size not kilos. Find something you want to fit into and make that your focus. Drink lots of water add lemons to the water. I start my day with black coffee and an apple with cinnamon before I then eat the eggs mid morning. I drink licorice tea as well. I have half a cucumber with my eggs. If I’m bored with eggs I replace with protein powder and flaxseed shake. I keep my porridge dinner simple. Just stay positive. Listen to meditation videos here on YouTube. Just some ideas for you…

Hi Vicky!! First and foremost want to deeply thank you for this wonderful plan!! It’s works wonders for me. The 1st time I tried it I lost 2.4 kgs in 5 days. And now 2nd time again 2.4 kgs in 5days. Am super happy with the results and also it doesn’t leave me lethargic or hungry. I workout for 50-60mins everyday and my energy levels are the same.
Just wanted to ask that for dinner!! Instead of the oats prep with nuts seeds and banana can we make a savoury version with garlic, onion, tomato green chilli??

Idk after how many failed attempts I’m going to try this again. Longest I had been on this diet was for just 3 days. But with two toddlers it seems impossible to do any kind of diet. But honestly I’m tired of all the bullying and body shaming. I was a very slim person before kids and marriage but now I’m at 160lbs and needs to be at 130lbs. Please pray and encourage so I can do this. Because I really want to

Day 2 = 76.1 Kg

I’m doing this diet now. MY starting weight was 86.8kg.

Lost 6.6kg in 10 days. No exercise or anything. So just know if you include exercise aswell, you will lose more. My aim was to get to 80kg so I’m happy.
This diet 100% works. First few days are difficult but u get used to it when u start to see results.

I started my egg diet on the 1st of April 2022 and today I’m on my 3rd day (my weight update is below). Let me say one thing, this diet may look easy but the cravings are skyrocket 🥺 however, the numbers on the scale is encouraging me to push through each day as it drops day by day.
1st April- 117.4kg
2nd April- 116.3kg
3rd April- 115.2kg
4th April- 114.7kg
I’ll update as I complete my 10 days diet. But a hearty thanks to you Vicky. And also my supportive husband who is always pushing me, encouraging me and loving me through it all ❤️
