The foods we eat have a lot of influence on our body’s immunity, healing powers and self repair. Back pain is often a lifelong ailment and often doesn’t need surgery. You have to live with your pain. Over the centuries, we have discovered a ton of healthy healing food for our back pain. Whatever the source of your back pain, it is likely that you are experiencing inflammation in your backbone and nerves. Inflammation is your body’s natural response to injuries and helps heal itself; it fights the damage by producing more immune cells, white blood cells and cytokines. If there is an abnormal trigger for the repair process, the inflammation continues in the body. We call this pro inflammatory state. The good news is that there are a wide variety of foods that are proven to contain natural anti-inflammatory agents and can be used to reduce back pain. The most basic rule is to make sure that you have a balanced diet of carbs, fat, protein, fibre, vitamins, minerals and water. Dont over consume any one class of these superfoods bcz too much of anything is too bad.
