The big obstacle for me is the choice of condiments. Even if the food is low in calories, if I put mayonnaise or dressing on it, it will be overloaded with calories. 😅

if you can bring yourself to swap out rice for cauliflower rice, you could have half that salmon and 600g of cauliflower rice on the same plate and still be just under your target.
hot sauce or sugar free ketchup are your friend. otherwise soy sauce isnt bad. some vinegar might tip the flavours in the right direction too and is very low in calories

I recommend halving the rice and filling in the rest of the volume with cauliflower rice. Not only do u feel like ur eating more but u also get the rice feel that cauliflower lacks. It’s been working really well for me 🙂
@Rbux thats a great idea. I tend to fry my cauliflower rice and then scramble eggs into it for protein. Adding some rice to make it egg rice would actually make a great meal.

I usually throw in chicken and vegetables in there too for the satiety and nutrition. Massive portions that fill you up for a low amount of calories. It’s fantastic
I’ll stick to white rice, I’m an endomorph and I really don’t gain much weight from eating 600g white rice, I’ve been clean bulking on it for a couple weeks now and gaining .7 lbs every 2 weeks of pretty much mostly muscle and little fat.. I highly recommend it with a good dark soy sauce and Sriracha

This explains so well, why as a society, we have an obesity epidemic, and eating disorders: high palatable, high caloric, high carb/sugary, low volume food, in the average general diet; specially fast food, and restaurants. What’s even worse, is that you don’t even get satiated, and a few hours later, rather quickly, you’re craving again all the down spiral of food that keeps you in the mud. It can become something addictive.

Chocolate is one of my favourite snack on a diet. It’s just what you want, chocolate, no added sugar or more flour or fried things, just what you really want and with 200 calories expense it becomes a satisfying treat
