Research more 😉
Is there any vitamin that covers all those in one? So I don’t have to buy 5 different bottles…btw rookie vitamin taker and don’t know any brands or what’s decent
If there is it’s probably heavily underdosed, so it’s not worth it.
If you can’t find a good one that doesn’t have all of them in one do you take all of the five different vitamins at the same time like in the morning with food or water?
best to take separate and read directions on each. time to get a daily pill box 😉
best to take seperate. check out iHerb 😉
Avoid magnesium oxide but magnesium is good for you, zinc and omega 3 are good and vitamin d3 and vitamin b 6/12
Buy multivitamin it helps you
@Naveen Raj
They don’t have enough vitamins in them for an exercising man.
I take 400 mg magnesium per day, gl finding that in a multi vitamin.
