I’m on day 2 rn watching this for motivation
I’m on day two ! I’m not active just resting and really letting my body repair itself. I was experiencing a mild headache earlier but other than that, it’s not that bad.

I’ve done a couple 5 day water fasts a couple years ago so it’s been a while. I’m on day 2 and was kind of struggling but this video really inspired me to keep going

I’m currently on my 5 days, and I have the outmost energy… is insane. I’m actually hitting the gym daily. And I do not feel hungry at all

I have been doing a one day fast for quite some time, now, and I have noticed great memory improvement, etc. However, recently, I started having some joint inflamation, etc. that was not going away. I am going into my third day of my current fast, and during the second day, a lot of that joint inflamation went away. I am looking forward to seeing if it will all go away and if my skin will clear up, as well.

@Keti Gogichaishvili it went well, it actually got easier in the middle of the third day, fourth day was pretty easy and the fifth day my body really telling me it was time to break my fast. I almost decided to go longer on the fourth day but I was feeling too fatigued towards the end. I feel like next I need to plan better and try to be in a more relaxed state

I did my first 10 day water fast in Dec 2020 and lost 9kgs.
Right now I’m on day 5 of a (hopefully) 30 day water fast. Started at 100.80kgs and 95.95kgs on day 5.

It’s almost all mental, I’ve done a 10 day water fast that was extreme.. 5 days is easy for me now, and yes the restorative properties are amazing! Kudos for the great video!

Did you regain whatever you lost? That’s my only fear, all that hardwork crashing down to nothing.
I made the experience that the worst thing you can do during fasting is to lay in bed. When I layed in bed during a fast I would feel nauseous. When I got up and went for a walk my mental situation improved a lot! I recommend going for a walk if you feel low Energie. It helped me every time.
Great advice!! Personally felt I had no energy even for a walk, but I know the hardest part is always getting started. Like you said, having increased energy is a huge benefit!
@Hafsa Kamal that can depend hafsa. It depends on what you eat as soon as you end your fast, for example, if you eat junk food right away, yes you could potentially gain all the weight back. In my perspective it comes to changing eating habits into healthier options or staying in a caloric deficit. Hope this helps!
I’m on my 5th day of fasting and today I’m feeling great. drinking a lot of water is absolutely important.
●which also helps a lot on day 3. I took magnesium citrate with lots of water and a grain of good salt from time to time. My research has shown that the electrolytes are often the problem.
●A hot liver wrap with just hot water at midday is also very helpful.
●and you should go for a walk every day.

That helps the liver enormously. Maybe next time you can cope better with the detoxification symptoms. And you can spread the information with the liver wrap. a hot bed bottle over the wrap keeps it warm for longer. Most of the time you fall asleep with it on. There are also instructions on the internet. In German for sure.

I’m on my 2nd day of water fasting, and god help me, i want to cry, i want to worship foods😭😭 but this fat needs to go.. so i keep fighting my urge to eat and keep drinking water whenever my stomach growl. If all of these people can do it, I CAN DO IT TOO 💪🏼💪🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 your video will be my motivation. I’m planning to water fast for 7 days.
I did a 5 day fasting and i feel good , no side effects meaning no fatigue, tiredness, headache, lack of sleep and still extremely sexually active, Lost 9 pounds, everything was normal my stomach didn’t even growl, keep in mind that for the past 3 years I’ve been doing one meal a day, I don’t recommend this to anyone because each of our bodies are different, good luck everyone.

I’m on day 4 of a 5 day water fast. I was looking for some encouragement. My first two days are usually the hardest to not eat and I did those on a weekend. Day three at work was nice for the distraction. I did feel a bit spacey… Today I woke up with a headache and very little motivation to go to work. But a walk around campus was very helpful for energy and digestive system cleaning. I am looking to reduce joint & gut inflammation and increase autophagy. I don’t care about the weight so much. I’ve been fasting for 3 days every Solstice and Equinox for a few years, but have never gone past 3 days. Thanks for the support and positivity!
The hardest thing about an extended fast (which I define as anything longer than 48h) is the boredom – I’ve been doing OMAD for 15 years and I can go for longer easily, but that 1 meal a day is truly something to look forward to during the day.

@Rin ♡ if you don’t want to rapid weight gain you should start of with eggs and protein like cucumber and cabbage for the nutrient’s, make sure to start working out but slowly because you just lost hella protein and muscle mass so if you workout hard you will crave allot of food, and you don’t want that cuz you just gonna go back to gaining weight so I suggest you run allot and exercise, by keeping with light calories food oh don’t forget protein powders. That’s what I’m doing and I have lost 18lbs already in 14 days

@Kiran Jagpal I ended up doing an 8 day, 17 hour fast, when I ended due to getting keto flu from around day seven. I did not notice a lot of skin improvement in that time, unfortunately. The fast might not have been ideal, though, since exercised fairly strenously during the first five days of the fast (based upon some other fasting research that I studied), and I drank a glass of lemon water on a few days of the fast, until I read that lemon contains enough natural sugar to break a fast.
Yah willing, I hope to do another, extended fast without making the aforementioned mistakes, when I have time to do so.

sorry for the late replies, I just got a notification from youtube, AND HELL YES!! I managed to water fast for a week!! and I lost 6kg or 13lbs. and I’m succesful for maintaining my weight up until now (one month later) by drinking green tea mixed with lemon 3x a day, I’ve never gained weight up to this day.
Thank you for making this video. I’ve been considering doing this for a while and you’ve really pushed me to just go for it.

113 hours into my second 5 day water fast feeling crystal clear amazing
I like 3 to 5 days fast. I tend to walk and even go swimming when I fast. Sometimes you feel weak, but I never fainted or died walking or exercising during a fast!
