DETOX DRINK # 1 LEMON & GINGER:
Cut lime or Lemon – squeeze juice out
Cut peel – chop roughly
Peel ginger skin off
Grate ginger
Put 1 lt of water in a saucepan & add the lime/lemon peels, add 1 inch of the grated ginger, add 2 inches of cinnamon sticks & add 1/2 tbs pepper.
Bring the mix to a boil until the mix is soft and the flavours absorbed.
Filter out- warm temperature.
Pur out in a jar
Add the lime/lemon juice
Drink. To sweeten add a bit if honey.
DETOX DRINK # 2 CUMIN & CINNAMON:
Put in a saucepan 1 lt of water
Add 3 tbs of cumin seeds
Add 3 inches of cinnamon sticks
Boil until flavours are absorbed.
Filter out – warm temperature
Pour into a jar
Add some lemon juice & honey.
DETOX DRINK # 3 CHIA & LEMON:
3 tbs chia
Add some water and let it rest for 10 mins until it turns into a jelly texture
Pour into a glass
Add warm water
Add some lemon juice
Add honey

ive been doing intermitted fasting. my first meal is around 8 or 9 am and my last meal is until 6 pm, and I don’t eat till next day, same time. Eat what you think is good or necessary, you don’t have to eat dinner if you don’t feel hungry. Usually what i do after my breakfast around 9 my next meal is around 1 pm and the last one at 6. I have only been doing for 3 nights straight, and when I weighted myself I already lost 4 pounds. Most of your fasting is happening during your sleep, and you are using your fat that is storage as energy. So you don’t have to really starve,so I think is a great weight to help your body.

Yes and the best intermittent fasting is from 8pm till 7 or 8 am. have a heathy snack at 7.30 pm and a wholesome breakfast around 8 am.
For the chia and lemon you don’t have to add honey it’s just your choice the honey doesn’t really change anything but it taste good!

I have complete control over my weight in each direction. This is what I do. After turning 50, I cut out lunch. Before breakfast at 11:00 or 12:00, I just drink four bottles of water. Breakfast is straight Quaker Oats from Costco and a bowl of mixed fruits. Dinner is a home-cooked meal at 4:00 pm. Plus every other day workouts for toning and strengthening. After turning sixty, my weight started to creep up. So I cut out snacking after dinner. If I get hungry before bed, I just eat a banana or some grapes. If I want to gain weight, I snack on peanuts or chocolate after dinner. If you are in a hurry to gain weight, try Chinese food at restaurants. I once gained 5lbs in one week. This routine works well for me so far. Whether dinner is a steak, a home-made pizza or home-made pasta, I still lose weight the next day, especially on exercise days.

Yep, I suppose you can refrigerate it and then heat it before you drink. As she replied to some comment above that it is best served warm, so better that you heat it before drinking.

@Sana Khan . Yes, I tried all three types and only the Chia worked well for me, I lost 2 kg in one week without being weak or tired; and it’s true that it doesn’t need lemon because the taste is already good but if you want to put one zest in your glass it’s up to you
