@Rathgaras cool no worries . Vegetable juices are very hydrating (you will need to buy a special veg juicer machine that separates pulp from juice /not like a lemon juicer lol) you could use a blender but this will increase your fibre intake which can irritate your guts
beware you can have to much fibre in your diet slow and steady increase in fibre may be ok?
vegetable water infusions (no machine needed just chop and steep)
look for organic vegetables with very low sugar content like cucumbers , celery beetroot’s, ginger juice is lovely but very potent.
keep it simple I’m sure you have heard of “you can have to much of a good thing” lol consult a certified dietician either local to you or online or YouTube they know so much more than me and they can advise you what to avoid if your taking medication check for yourself anything you consume doesn’t interfere with your medication good luck best wishes
If you have IBS constipation fiber will not help. Trust me I have been constipated for 6 years and I tried everything. Drinking water won’t help and a detox might be temporary but won’t solve the root cause. People with chronic constipation probably have low acetylcholine so the parastalsis motion of their large intestines doesn’t work. To increase acetylcholine you need to take mega doses of B1, and regular doses of B5, Magnesium, and potassium. If you want more information look into the work of Elliot Overton. He has entire protocols for thiamine deficiency which can present as many different conditions. Diarrhea, constipation, GERD, neuropathy, fibromyalgia etc. The list goes on and on.
Drink warm water in the morning. Psyllium is good for constipation.
