Great video!! I’m not ashamed to admit that at 36 and dealing with anxiety, it was uncomfortable to talk to my doctor about ED. While pharmaceuticals and all are quick to add more pills to your daily routine, I never thought about testosterone. Definitely something I’ll look into next week.
Had one woman unintentionally make me think I had ED. Fell into a depression, went to the doctor told him about my performance and etc, found out I don’t have ED and apparently her lidido was just high. Tested it by sleeping with a different chick. Moral of the story, get checked, don’t over react but still make sure to take care of yourself by working out and eating better. 🤔

Jeff, you are so right. I was a cheater, watched porn and the anxiety and stress of it all had me feeling guilty each time I would even think about engaging in sex. Even though I exercise, eat right and most nights my sleep is uninterrupted, I still would fall short. Thanks Jeff, I have never heard that infidelity could cause you to lose your mojo.
