Wow! I just discovered you guys today and I am so happy I did! I have scoliosis, osteoarthritis, degenerative disc disease, just a nice variety of chronic pain that has been acting up lately. I’ve watched 3 of your videos so far and tried some of your suggestions. I’ve gotten quite a bit of relief and about a dozen good cracks already! Awesome! Thank you Mr. Schrupp and Mr. Heineck. I have been doing jiu jitsu for the past month and just 2 weeks ago after practice my mid back (thoraic) had alot of pressure. I had injured it a few years back and wanted to prevent it so I started searching through youtube and found you guys. Information is very clear and makes sense. I have been doing these specific stretches when I can and it helped relieved alot of the pain and pressure. Though I believe the cause of it is my weak core which I will be working on. Very humbled and again thank you!
Hi….love your videos and all your help! My daughter is 35 and after giving birth she’s been suffering with back pain terribly for 2 years. She had an MRI and shows she has rheumatoid arthritis in her lower back. Can you possibly help with some exercises and stretches that could help to relieve her pain. Thank you so much!

Hi Brad and Bob love your channel your videos have help me alot threw out the years. I have lower back tightness my lower back muscles to the point they are spasming been doing this for the last 3 months I want to start gently stretching lower back muscles can you tell me what exercises I should be doing I want to start out nice easy and slow. Hey guys. Thanks for the superb clips. My Physio has me working on the McKenzie method for lumbar but we are hitting some brick walls for lumbar/thoracic stretches.
I’ve got new issues in this area and struggle a bit to find the perfect and not painful stretch. Apart from sitting rotations..

HI Guys. I have been following you guys since 2015 following a c3456 anterior fusion and A huge Tspine reconstruction 2-11. I have done well and I stay stretched and active at 55. I would love to see more modifications for those of us with fusions or other surgeries. Thanks n keep it up.
The both of you are genius. I’m tall myself these really helped me especially the thoracic rotation one. I feel better everytime I do your stretches. I’m going to purchase a stability ball but I’m not sure when. Thank you guys so much.

So helpful. Most people go to to the medicine cabinet when things get painful. I go to Bob & Brad’s videos FIRST. Even if I’m still in pain it’s more manageable.
