Always interesting and useful. Luckily, I very rarely have sugar cravings. My bugbears/cravings are for bread, rice and pasta.

I have Lily’s Dark Chocolate Chips sweetened with Stevia. Also make peanut butter fudge with a jar no salt or sugar peanut butter, stick of butter, tablespoon of vanilla and cup of Confectioners Swerve. Keep in the freezer. Those two things help me when I crave something sweet.
Sugar makes you hungry and does not satiate you. I would advise folks who do eat a carb source, simple or complex, please eat more protein to lower the spike. There’s a reason people are obese; sugar makes you eat more and more and insulin levels go through the roof which means you cannot be in a state of ketosis.

I am addicted to sugar. I still ruining my life . Hormones thyroid and constant cravings causing low energy and blurry vision. I am trying to figure everything out thank You for this channel I learned more in this video than 3 month with labs and dr appointments.

Eating a sour or spicy food item like sour pickles, sauerkraut or a hot pepper can cut the desire for sweets. Works nearly every time for me.

Yes. Potatoes and bread are my cravings, but I am lucky enough to be able to eat them in limited amounts. Rice no longer appeals to me and pasta’s main attraction is its ease and versatility, so it is easy to avoid.
I eat at the End of my meal 1/2 nori sheet. Is the seaweed wrapping for. sushi. Cleans the mouth of flavors. Has trace minerals, zinc and helps turn white fat into brown fat that your body can use for fuel. Works for me
