Loved stretching my back this morning. I never had back issues until recently. I’ve been sewing face masks for health care workers for a few weeks, & I think that sitting at the sewing machine & bending over my cutting board has done a number on my lower back. Today’s session felt sooo good. Thank you, Kassandra!
I have done the 30 day movement challenge and now I keep coming back to this video. On days where I used to wake up in pain and read for the painkillers, I make myself do this yoga video and it eases everything so that I no longer have to take the tablets. I can’t thank you enough. This is a huge lifestyle change and means I don’t feel powerless when I wake up and a pain day! Thank you so much

#GoodMorning: Thank you for this wonderfull start in the morning! I love to concentrate on the lower back and looking forward to learn more positive movements for this part of the body in the evening yoga challenge. I feel I can’t get enough to relax and stretch the lower back. It feels like freedom in the body afterwords. I even walk differently. Thats why I think its a very important part to really feel a relief in the body.
This is two weeks now. This is my second time doing this journey and in a year I saw the difference in my practice👍. Thanks you 🙏
