I ended up living the mantra spent the morning at a pool with my kids on rope swings, obstacle courses, diving board etc. Such fun
This was day #13 of my fourth month doing the 30 day yoga challenge. I am so grateful for this program. I don’t know how I would have gotten through covid and this winter without it. Now I cannot imagine not doing it every morning. I feel so much better and stronger all over. Thank you, thank you, Kassandra!!

This practice was harder for me today, I woke up with very little motivation and had to modify a lot of the poses. But Iβm proud that I completed it anyway!
