Rather than use fake meat, I find blending mushrooms, carrots, celery, and walnuts/cashews together does the trick. π
You can do that too but the fake meat usually has decent ingredients as long as you don’t avoid soy. We have a great walnut chili that I’m sure you’d love though!

These look like great vegetarian recipes! Although some have way too many carbs! I saw in a comment they’re aiming for 10g carbs per serving, which could be fine for some people. Just make sure it fits in with your ~10% carb intake. I know for me, I can only have about 5-6 carbs per meal to stay in ketosis. That’s pretty much all taken up by low-carb veggies.
You’re probably in the very small minority of people to be honest. 15g net carbs per day is very, very little. Almost everyone will get into ketosis with 30g net carbs or fewer per day, so these recipes fit into that. If you want to find the nutrition information, you can check the website though – all of the nutrition for each recipe is broken down there (and linked in the description of the video).
β@RuledMe Oh, to clarify, I do aim for 30-35 carbs a day. I try not to have more than 6 carbs per ‘meal,’ since then I’d have to cut back on future meals. (And it would negatively effect my macros). Carbs add up so fast on a vegetarian way of eating, which includes low-carb vegetables!
