A few years ago I was suffering from muscular pain in my leg and was taking lots of magnesium as a way to relax it. An effect of this was a significant reduction in my appetite and loss of fat from hips and thighs (like nothing else I’d ever tried!). I researched it and found the link with insulin, something that is very little discussed and known.

Do you need Manganese to help Magnesium be absorbed?

Question how do we know which magnesium we need? I already take citrate can’t take more then 200-300 milligrams per day or I’ll be on the toilet all day.😂
Which magnesium?
I can’t seem to find anything on my diagnosis. Low blood sugar, but high in insulin levels. They will test for insulinoma in a few months. I’ve been on the Mediterranean Diet for three months now, but wondering if there is anything else I can do. Unfortunately, I’ve got lipedema, as well, so I’ve grown about 4 sizes very quickly. Mediterranean diet definitely helps, but perhaps you can tell me if you’ve done a video on the aforementioned topics? I really very much enjoy your videos. Thank you for posting so much information. I’m always passing them on and they are much appreciated.

That would be the Mediterranean diet, or the diet from the Good Book. Make sure to include lentils as well as fresh herbs. Also, look into your blood type, I have seen it make a difference.
Certain blood types will need red meat as well as fatty fish, to prevent anemia, lack of iron. Look up “eat right for your blood type”.
I’ve gottten stuck repeating this list recently, “Avocados, Leafy Greens …” kinda funny. Bodies are speaking!

@@lynnhoffman247 I think the problem is there are forms of manganese that are not bio-available that can fill up receptor sites first, blocking bio-available form.

Buy some magnesium chloride flakes and use in the bath, or make your own magnesium solution and apply to your skin.
I bought a pack of Solgar brand MAGNESIUM 400mg. On the pot it says to take 2, but I feel that would be too much. If 400mg has helped yourself I will try that too. thanks for posting. Magnesium needs to be taken with calcium apparently and not on its own. It works wonders for leg cramps and also heart palpitations!

David you’re absolutely right! Also, K2 is huge in metabolizing D3.
It’s crazy how our doctors are making us MORE Mg deficient by pumping us full of extreme levels of VitD alone, often to fix osteoporosis etc which was caused by poor nutrition & lack of strength training anyway.
