Thanks to you, my resting heart rate has gone down from the mid 80s to 60 this morning. I don’t miss sugar any more and my Acid Reflux is gone along with the pills I was on. No, although I went off sugar for health anyway, it’s ACV that takes away the acid reflux.

Please consult your doctor or a natural-path doctor on that. Those ingredients you mentioned are very good for inflammation and detoxing the body but I’ve read ginger maybe can affect your blood pressure or affect your medications. Herbs are natural but they can be potent! Please ask your doctor 🙏

I do that too but not daily. It truly does help lower inflammation in the body but people taking blood thinners or other meds should be careful.

I tried this last night, I feel asleep within an hour but before I did I felt like this potion was going through my throat, stomach and travelling around me it was strange I kind of liked the sensation it had, then I drifted off and woke up with my son crying but after he went back to sleep so did I peacefully and slept all night, I’ve woke up for woke feeling rather good, I’m not sure if its supposed to but it “cleaned” me out this morning too literally when I woke but not in a displeasent way. I’m going to continue with this and see where it leads. I also done a foot soak for 15 minutes with apple cider vinegar and my feet have never felt so soft and all the dead skin broke away from my feet so I used a pumice stone so rub them down feels brilliant. I also used Apple cider vinegar as a hair rinse after I washed and conditioned my hair it feels so soft. This stuff has so much uses its incredible

Yours and other comments, helped me to want to try this concoction. I have tried all the other ingredients, but I really don’t like chamomile tea! Lol! I love apple cider vinegar but mainly in my salad with olive oil. When I tried to drink it straight I was choking and almost had panic attack. I will try half tsp.
