Lime (CaO) is not lime fruit, it’s a mineral found in limestones. CaO will produce Ca(OH)₂ with the water which is basic. Lime juice which is extracted from the lime fruit is something different.

Lemon juice (although acidic in nature) is anionic and therefore produces an alkalizing effect on the body. This is important because the more alkaline your body is, the healthier it is. As it is proven according to some research articles, Lime and Lemon are both acidic where pH of lime is around 2.5, and lemon would be 2.8, which is slightly less acidic than lime.
Therefore both juices comprise acidic mediums, which may cause the issues you presented that may occur if acedic juice is consumed.
Kindly review and make corrections where required.
(Lime water (හුණු දියර) is totally different, which is an aquas solution of calcium oxide, which contains calcium hydroxide. Further CaCO3 or CaO is called in english as lime)
