Lumbar Canal Stenosis

There are some simple tips with which you can prevent back pain .
If you have a back pain going to legs , the best test is to do a MRI scan .
Back pain can be due to multiple reasons.
Mechanical back pain which is increases with activity but decreases with rest or . Inflammatory back pain which increases with rest.
So the following are various causes of Back Pain.
A. Spasmodic Pain Postural back pain due to prolonged sitting in the wrong position or driving for long hours or heavy weight lifting.
B.PIVD: Disc Problem Back pain of sciatica which is due to disc herniation in the spine. This pain is not limited to the back but goes to the leg also. It can be diagnosed with an MRI.
C. Inflammatory pain can be due to disease like TB, Infection or Ankylosing spondylitis
D) Tumors of spine
E) Fractures of vertebra
